Pennywise Pinkie Pie

One of the customs I wanted to get done before Halloween, is this mash up of Pinkie Pie spliced with Penny Wise the clown. Pony base is a generation 4.5 Pinkie Pie. Left the original body color, except for the face. Her original cutiemark is underneath the pants, though the pants aren’t removable and I made her cutiemark 3-D on her pants. xD  
Her face was made white with gesso, to give her paint work a texture to bond to. Face then painted in white acrylics, then her expression is crazy Pinkie Pie expression spliced with Pennywise’s clown makeup. Paint sealed in Artists Varnish.
 
Mane and tail are rooted in actual clown wig hair. I purchased a rainbow clown wig from store back in 2007 for custom pony hair supply (that was back before I knew about Dollyhair!) So I salvaged the pink portion off the wig and rooted it for Pinkie’s crazy clown hair afro!  
Outfit is entirely hand stitched. The sleeves are pleated from a really nice cotton material. The stripes are kinda abstract but I felt they are perfect. Yellow jumpsuit is a stretchy gold vinyl, but I the inside of the vinyl is YELLOW so I just inverted it and left the yellow side exposed on the outside. Pleated wide yellow ribbon ruffles on the pants, stitched 2 orange pom poms on front, and squiggly white ribbon trim around the neck.
 
3-D cutiemarks on the pants, are painted rhinestones with tiny ribbon detail and hemp cord for the balloon strings.
