Air fryers are so hard to clean, I end cleaning meat residue and burned chunks every time, I don’t even eat cow, or chicken or whatever the hell meat they put in it.
Speaking of baking (and fries), my family and I usually bake French Fries instead of deep-frying them. And if we do fry them, we use the air fryer to avoid using oils.
I have never seen this method before.
Can you really call them ’pan‘cakes if the recipe you’re using calls for baking then broiling but never involves a pan?
Everyone: Trixie, duh.
Me: Princess Pancake.
I didn’t even notice it was different but it does look pretty.

I was mostly joking. German pancakes are about as German as French Fries are French (and French Fries aren’t French).

Well I’m German, and we always make ’em in the pan.
Aunt Edith as well as the Dutch and the Germans.
The item used for baking is called a pan too.

It’s not a common way to make pancakes but some people do bake them.
