Another beach doodle for the lovely Saffron, I thought it felt fitting since summer is here. Unlike the previous one, where I had the pone pone without clothesies, this one has her in a beach outfit.
 
It was honestly pretty fun designing Saffron in beach clothing, making one that had elements from Saffron’s casual clothing, but still has that tropical/beach vibe to it. I put her floofy poofy mane into a ponytail, it felt fitting for the summer, and to top of her loveliness, she is given a flower, with the colors of her cutie mark on the many buds.
 
I wanted to give her a laid back pose, like she’s enjoying herself and relaxing on the nice sand of the beach. The pose was good, but not the angle, so for the colored doodle itself, I just rotated the sketch so it would look like Saffron was laying and putting her hoof on the ground.
