Oh, the CGI series on YouTube is a FiM series, and is produced by Boulder.
Granted, we don’t know long it will run, but still funny that Boulder IS actually doing FiM shorts.

No no no, I know about that supposed holiday special. I asked where was it revealed that “Boulder Media is working on FIM shorts”?
With Shout Factory status with MLP up in the air we won’t get a release of the Roadtrip special with the short

Announcements came through Amazon and some broadcasters listing the special as a holiday special, and as for the web series, it is already uploaded on the official MLP YouTube channel.
Sadly, Hasbro isnt making very many announcements or reveals, they are just uploading and going for it.
As for comics, you can find that in a interview IDW comics did with Equestria Daily.

Boulder is now doing shorts for FiM.

They are super talented.
I feel bad for them, since the leaks I feel like got people kinda biased against them, only for us to find out they are really nice and for the leaks to quite possibly be false.
We just gotta give them that Pinkie Pie hospitality to make up for it!!
They also did the equestria girls summertime shorts (regular) and the netflix birthday message.
