Better to note the mistake then flat ignore it. As someone who constantly doubts his own work, I would actually prefer someone to point out the problems that way I’m not wasting extra brain power on stuff I can’t spot right away. Whereas is someone ignores a massive or minor mistake in my work I don’t know it and it just be standing there glaring at anyone stopping them from truly enjoying the work.

Those animators should be held to a higher standard for obvious reasons. They get some decent money for that. Brutal doesn’t have as big a staff. As such, mistakes are made when you have so many characters to keep track of. It’s like when I write a huge legal letter for some clients. I go over it many times and think it’s solid, then when I give it to my boss he points out how I misspelled the client’s name or something silly.
 
You try making a flawless animation and then you’ll understand when someone says “HEY! HER LEG IS CLIPPING INTO THE OTHER! HOW DID YOU MISS THAT?”

The thing is nearly the entire length of his body, kind of hard to miss that. Besides, we bitched at the actual animators for far less. Might I remind you of the alicorn triplets of season four? Where several background ponies, guards and even Rarity at one point give the wings and horns of alicorns
