This is when Mario picks a Mini-mushroom, before proceeding to fall STRAIGHT into the dent of the ground tile he was previously on. Using the bush’s sprite we can make the cloud sprite and with the color pallete of the bush we can make the mountain tiles. The hit ‘’?’’ Block could make great work for the title.

I thought the NES could only handle only 3 colors for each sprite
 
that’s right. in fact this is before I had followed the 3-color rule.
 
Besides the nes color limit is 4 and 4 is the transparency. Also there was a youtuber named: “Level UP”, He makes great animations however he often braces the color rules when he makes animations.
 
keep that in mind.

Maybe these aren’t meant to be NES quality, or the artist isn’t aware of that.
That said, some developers managed to cheat that. Like in “Super Mario Bros. 2/USA” they used a transparency effect on the main characters’ eyes, and placed a small white sprite block behind the character’s heads, in order to color in the whites of their eyes. This is also why they kinda blink/glitch when they stand in front of a door sprite.
 
Huh… I know that but I made that sheet like a year ago.
 
And right now I’m following the 3-color rule.
 
Sorry that you had happen to see my old sheet in Mfgg of last year.
 
Besides I didn’t even know that someone posted this anonymously.
