Welcome back to my take on the children of the Mane Six.
 
Here we have a now-adult Apple Bloom handing down the Cutie Mark Crusaders cape to her nephew Bucky, Applejack’s second son.
 
For Bucky’s design, I stuck with typical Apple colors and traits. He has white freckles and green eyes like his mother and (not shown in this picture) instead of a bow or Stetson cowboy hat, he wears a red bandana. When I designed him, I forgot about Braeburn, but I still like this color combination regardless, since AJ’s older son already had a dark orange coat.
 
The future of MLP in my story: Bucky is the third generation of Ponyville’s Cutie Mark Crusader branch and holds the unfortunate Apple family tradition of being among the last to get their marks. His big brother, Bismarck, was the second generation.
