If she exhibited avoidance behaviorism or other such socially unacceptable behaviorisms such as mocking, belittling, and acts of antagonism/aggression. -ist tend not to want to spend any more time than necessary in the presence/company of those whom they dislike/hate.
 
Applejack doesn’t avoid the desaturated ponies, but spends not only a great deal of time with them, but also helps them with their festival-related tasks. To claim that is an -ist against grey or desaturated ponies is both unfounded and completely erroneous.
