Technically a Pegasus so I don’t think she weighs much in the first place. I mean fluttershy was carried on a swarm of butterflies and they all stand on clouds and stuff.

I don’t think she weighs that much dude. They’re called my little ponies after all. I always assumed they were around the height of a Shetland pony or a mini horse. If it’s the former that’s 400 pounds but it’ll have 3 other legs to help distribute the weight but if it’s the latter it’s only about 150 pounds. ON the DVD cover of Equstria girls we get to compare Twilight height with her human counterpart and she’s shorter then her for sure.  
Also people use to build prosthetic limbs out of wood all the time back then and this is a fantasy world but I don’t think a magical prosthetic limb is necessary. It’s not like she runs on it she can fly.

except most modern prosthetic real life limps are made of steel, kerfuffle’s is made of wood, which probably won’t support her weight very well, unless in a world where magic is everywhere, it would be possible that the wooden structure was also enchanted to be far stronger then normal wood.

Seems unnecessary. She’s into fashion so it makes sense she would add a gem to it. And modern prosthetic legs have hinges and stuff. They make them for dogs too and they can run on them.

While I think Kerfluffle is a cutie, my thing is a fetish for hairstyles and accessories. Petunia meets that for me, hair ribbons/bows and spiral/curled hairdos are a weakness for me ( in this case the style is twin drills). Petunia is my same sex waifu choice.

It’s not just a peg-leg, it has hinges and stuff. It works fluently, complimenting her moves. It also has this purple crystal, and in FoE crystals were the power source for arcane machinery. Also, since they are in the magical land of Equestria, it’s reasonable to assume that they are using magic in medical field, namely to improve prosthetics for better comfort and usability.

look i’m not the only one who thinks it’s a prosthetic limp, most people assume it is, so if most thinks it’s a prosthetic, that’s what i’m going with, end of story.
