I can almost see a story with this. Maybe Tempest found a cursed necklace that turned her into a dragon, complete with dragon rage and greed, and after smashing up Canterlot and Ponyville and hoarding the loot in an old cavern, Twilight confronts Tempest… with less than stellar results.
