I can’t believe most of you guys missed the rewind button on the top right corner of the comic. This is pretty much the “explanation comic” we’ve all been waiting for and why Twilight was acting this way throughout the series. Of course the ending is kind of subpar due to the fact that the Twilight in all the other comics (save for 3) was clone Twilight all along. But at least a couple of quesitons have been answer the only thing that needs answering now is how everything will be fixed and whether we’ll be told about this or be shown how its done.

I don’t think there’s any clone left. In the last comic they were going to use the camera to see if Twi told the truth and there’s a rewind mark in the first panel.  
I think this is just showing what happened when she first made that clone.

-Sweetie Belle wanting to bond with her newly blank-flanked and magic-incapable big sister, possibly even talking (and by talk I mean manipulate with guilt) her into joining their crusader activities?
 
-Scootaloo going into shock and fainting from seeing Rainbow’s lack of wings?
 
-Applejack flying one time before she has to give Rainbow her wings back?
 
-Spike somehow trying to make amends to Rarity for committing the highly unlikely act of eating her cutie marks?
 
-Trixie getting into Tom and Jerry-esque hi-jinks with Opal?

My guess is that this has happened several times. Real Twilight is struggling with magic and consults with mirror pool Twilight who mind controls her to going into the pool. Then mirror pool Twilight wiped her own memory from guilt for what she did. Then she did experiments that went wrong and consulted her mirror pool clone who mind controlled her to go into the pool and so on.  
Each iteration getting more unhinged and distorted like how the Pinkie clones got more and more like a caricature.

Even if there is an aftermath, there should be at least 1 more page. This is too abrupt.
