it’s possible that alicorns just naturally look young at all times. That or they took the base ‘model’ for celestia with a few touch ups and just didn’t add anything that makes Twilight look older.

I just realize, Rarity have a one straight gray mane. They are older then I thought.

Idk but I personally think they might be in their 50s or close to 50.  
Let’s say by the start of the series they were in their early 20s and by the end at least mid 20s.  
And looking at the episode here (like the age of cake twins, CMCS bring fully grown up) it’s reasonable to assume around 20 years has passed.
 
So people having graying hair like rarity or wrinkles by then isn’t unreasonable but I think its more likely they went with this to make it more clear that significant amount of time has passed.

Well, they may have changed their mind. Almost everybody changes opinions sometimes!

Meghan McCarthy and others confirmed that Twilgiht is not immortal, now, when they do an interview and talk about this I want to know what excuse they will have.
 

 
 
Although I personally have exceptions, in another interview they said that Celestia and Luna existed for a long time before Equestria was founded, so despite Twilight’s appearance, I doubt she doesn’t have an eternity but a life if for some reason Celestia and Luna were already immortal before they ruled Equestria.

The only designs I actually don’t mind are Rarity’s and Applejack’s. Given the age of Pinkie’s child there is no reason for the bags under their eyes. Almost none of the Main 6’s parents had them so there is no reason they should. Fluttershy’s and Pinkie’s manes are too ridiculous for me to take seriously. Giving Rainbow Dash a re-colored Spitfire mane is lazy in multiple ways. An older Spike was always been given oddly proportioned designs and that continues here. There is just always something off about them. Then we have Twilight. Bullshit. Unless there is an official image of Cadance also having Celestia’s design then this is bullshit.
 
Edit: Giving it a closer look Spike’s design isn’t so bad. It’s just a bit broader than I was expecting.

I quit to MLP at the second half of season 7  
But this final looks fine, I feel nostalgical when I watch them older…
 
Not sad fot the ending, happy because they were part of my life.
