The book starts out with her story of falling into becoming NMM(and her being the first villain on the show).
I felt like the writers could have given her something in this finale here.

I have yet to cry, which really pisses me off.
Yeah, I’m sure a lot of Bronies are not able to handle it because it would cause too much crying and heartbreak again to know the series we’ve loved for a decade has finally ended while still in its prime.
I know that feel - I haven’t watched the song again yet either, because I know I still wouldn’t be able to handle that closing shot, and then the book closing, with the music doing what it’s doing there.
Still, it may take a while for me to be able to have the heart to listen to The Magic of Friendship Grows again without breaking down crying because it is the last song of the series and the last one sung by the Mane Six.

Sure does. Thanks, Red-Supernova. My heart may be breaking in two still since I saw the finale, but as long as I have the support of members of the Brony Community like you to seek comfort in, I’ll make it through my grief.
My mood is a little better since I first watched it back when it was leaked but since you chose to wait till the official airing, I can understand how you’re still going through the grief.
If it makes you feel better, there is some hope with the Season 10 comics IDW is making, more fanart, fanfics and fancomics will still be made which to me feels like unlocking the post-game to a great video game. And I’ll still be here in the fandom, does that make you feel better?
You’re not the only one, my friend. I’m in the same boat as you with being sad that the series is over.
When one tale ends, another is waiting to begin.
Do not forget this tale, and continue to pass it on to generations to come, and maybe, when the world seems bleak and all hope seems lost, the magic of friendship will shine the way to a better future.
For me, it was my sister getting me to watch an episode in exchange for visiting some site that I don’t even remember what it was (I only remember I found it funny at the time). I even remember the episode I chose: Stare Master (don’t remember why I chose that one to start with, but I suppose it’s not that important).
That was during the hiatus between seasons 1 and 2 - either June or July of 2011.

For me though, it’s just 3, I’ve gotten into MLP just 3 years ago in 2016
What a fitting way to close out the series, with everything having truly come full circle, and yet, distinct, with all the ways Equestria has changed, and the characters have grown.
