Unless the uploader has a duck, the “OP is a duck” badge is very subjective, and we don’t have a definition for it that makes it clear whether someone is being a duck or not. And I can see who uploaded this image, and they don’t have a duck badge.
 
As a site we don’t have a metric that determines whether it’s “right” or “wrong” for images like this to be tagged “OP is a duck”. It’s something the community decides. And the uploader doesn’t have a duck badge. So it’s up to the community whether they are being a duck or not.
 
For me? Personally? This OP is a duck because I hate these kinds of images, and I hate that people think images like this is funny. If it were up to me, we wouldn’t have these kinds of abuse edits on the site, and we wouldn’t have images glorifying uploading shitty images or ship baiting people like this. But that’s just my personal opinion.
