Sorry for not updating for awhile. I’m working on my own comic lately, it’s not a easy task working on my own. But I won’t stop drowning mlp as long as I’m alive, although I cannot update very frequently. Hope my drowning can still bring you guys something, maybe a special feeling or a smile on your face, either way I would be happy fo that.
I’m not particularly good at making beautiful art, my skill just not quite there. I’m more of a writer than a artist actually, even my major is animation. I love creating stories and lore and stuff. If I managed to craft my comic without die on the table, I will put it here for you guys.
at last, thank you guys for all the likes and support.
If you really pay attention Celestia isnt the most ‘well adjusted’ pony in Canterlot.
That outlook strikes me as rather… Western, perhaps? Celestia mostly seems to be in good spirits, so I think it’s safe to say she’s developed a more zen attitude toward the impermanence of things. Smell the roses while you can, in other words. It’s too bad the show never had the guts to delve into those aspects though, because that could’ve made for some interesting Cel-Twi scenes.
Immortal or not she still ages a lot slower than any normal pony so she will still out live all her friends.
Rather, I think that the great size that Twilight reached at that time (Approximately 20 years) must be a sign of maturity for the alicorns, if it is true that when Cadence was a teenager, she looked just like Twilight in the present and did not change much in time what happened, but Cadence was an alicorn since she was a child so it can be understood that she did not grow enough when Twilight became an adult, but Twilight was already an adult when she became an alicorn so it is normal that she was almost mid age Poisonous to having gray hair or wrinkles is the same size as Celestia, and I think Cadence would also be the same size.
The fandom, or a large part of it at least, has in their heads that alicorn = immortal, so Twilight is destined to watch all her friends suffer and die and maybe even survive the big crunch of all of existence at the end. Never mind that there is nothing in canon that supports the idea. Even Celestia and Luna are described as being just long lived and not immortal.
While it is beautifully tragic, I also find the idea a tad nihilistic and cynical.
Yes Im sure you would still be so upbeat after a few hundred years when everyone you have ever known and loved has died of old age and the world around you is beyond recognition, You cant really ever form a bond with anyone because they too will die of old age. Living forever seems like a great idea until you realise that forever is a really really long time.
Says the person that doesn’t have to suffer from immortality.
The immortality blues can die in a fire. I’m 57 years old - everything I have hurts, and what doesn’t hurt doesn’t work.
You can survive loved ones dying, and come to love others. I would give several important parts of my anatomy to have the chance to do that without falling apart in the process.

A Remembrance of days gone by?
Don’t lie to me.
Someone that does not want to see everyone they love die of old age while they are forced to live on.
I dunno bro dont sell your self short this is pretty amazing.
