Her name is Scarlet Blade, and according to her owner
{She is from Sin City, a country founded by those banished by Celestia for being “illegals/ Unnatural”(those who cast magic without horns) and other criminals.
That was almost a thousand years before season 1. 998.9 to be exact.
Scarlet’s homeland is plagued with monsters, demons, etc.
The ‘Sinners’ creates a city and within a few generations of constant fighting for survival, their physical and magical abilities began to expand and grow.
Their physical bodies grew denser, their magical arts rose to beyond Equestria.
Ruins left behind taught them much about battles and war.
The ‘Sinners’ decided to form Clans as to make politics easy,, each clan soon discovered a Clan Shared ability.}
She has an extensive story, but since it was in our personal correspondence with the buyer, I am not sure that this can be told without his permission. But if you are interested in continuing, I can contact the owner and find out more from him, or get links to his accounts, since I know him only via YCH.
Well. Who ever that mare is, she really made a princess angry. Hell, maybe even several.
But will such restraints actually hold her if she is as dangerous as you say she is?

As far as I know from the story of this character - she is very strong and very dangerous, therefore the slightest slack - and she will kill everyone who caused her discomfort. Therefore, the enemy is better to play it safe =)
