Now THAT is a smart looking pony!
 
I’ve seen a few people redesigning the Mane 6 from MLP lately, so I figured I should give it a try! Her redesign was pretty easy. I knew a neat and tidy nerd look was perfect for her, so I gave her a nice bob cut and a few appropriate accessories. Since I’m changing their designs, why don’t I try giving them new backstories too?
 
Twilight Sparkle is the promising student of Princess Luna, a dedicated unicorn who spends most her time with her snout in a good book. The Princess has set her on an important test; find and restore the missing Elements of Harmony, before the dreaded Day Breaker makes her prophesied return. Armed with only her trusted books, and her faithful familiar Spike, Twilight will search all of Equestria if she has too! And hopefully, make some friends along the way!
 
Cool idea? I think I want this new version to feel more like an epic hero’s journey, the good old classic tales of adventure! My main problem with the first few episodes is that everything happens in under 20 minutes! For an adventure like this, we’re gonna need a whole season!
