I think it had more to do with him being s one shot character. He literally burned any bridges he might have created in his one speaking appearance. They could have used him several times after but seemed to prefer Fancy Pants.

I thought it was an interesting character, but the writers … I don’t know if they forgot about it or had no ideas to use the Blueblood character, but I feel they wasted it …
