Married Sombra and had a kid with him named Cinders. However, she isn’t always happy with their marrige. She had an affair with Discord at one point and ended up giving birth to Vex. She went on a “vacation” to hide the pregnancy before deciding to give the child to Discord after she was born. Only her, Discord, and Fluttershy know about this, and she has never spoken to her daughter since she gave her up.
 
Celestia:

Helped in the parial reformation of Chrysalis. The ended up getting married and having a kid named Eclipse.

Still rules over the Crystal Empire. She tries to get Flurry Heart to be a good leader (Even though Flurry is going through a rebel phase).

She eventually learned her mistakes and reformed… partly. She is definitely not a nice as the other changelings and has outburts when she tries to feed on other ponies. Later she moved into the Canterlot castle with Celestia.
