So you know, this is the last of the ‘canon’ ponies that I’m going to do.
I think they were passing strength on what Twilight can press using telekinesis (aka a Giant Bear made of stars)

actually he can teleport quite far but he is afraid of teleporting into things so he tries to stay to visible teleportation
Also, isn’t it odd that Nightcrawler is up at warp speed when his actual teleports aren’t really that far? Categorizing any range of teleport (even a few meters) as warp speed is stretching it a bit.
if you actually go look at the category for Warp Speed, all the characters teleport
To be honest, factoring a teleport ability into warp speed is kinda dumb. Especially seeing in show that Twilight’s teleports have a noticeable delay. Her natural speed is still very much below 3.
Yes it does.
Teleports don’t really count for actual speed going by powergrid definitions. So I’d give her a 3 at most.
obviously Twilight would be Zero and Vergil combined

I already said it, Marvel Stats, a 7 in speed is Teleporting aka Instantaneous Transportation
