MLP OC Mary Sue guide
- Black, Red and grey.
I’ve seen a lot of re-colors of Rainbow Dash on dA. They claim to be “OCs” :/. About 30% of these re-colors have dark grey/black bodies, red and black manes and are supposed to be evil or something. HOW ORIGINAL. Not all of them are Rainbow Dash re-colors, but I can say that I’ve seen at least 10 OCs with this color scheme. HORSES ARE NOT EVIL PEOPLE!!!
2.A member of the CMC
3 Cutie Mark Crusaders is enough. What makes people think the CMC need another member? Maybe it’s because there’s a unicorn, an earth pony and a pegasus but there’s no Alicorn. Alicorns are also Mary Sues. People think they’re special and rare, which is true, but if I counted all the alicorn OCs there would me more of them than all the ponies, background ponies, foals etc. in the show :/ Choose between a unicorn OR pegasus, it’s not that hard.
3.Tall ponies
What makes people think tall ponies are better than normal sized ponies? Unless they’re a princess they shouldn’t be that tall. In my opinion an over-sized pony running around Ponyville would just be hilarious! XD They probably think that taller = more important.
4.All the mares/stallions love them.
The picture I made for this one was based on a picture that someone on deviantART made, I couldn’t believe they were actually serious! XD Why would one of the mane 6 (or any pony) want to make out with your Mary-Sue-rainbow-butt-sparkle OC-Ponysona, it’s ridiculous! These are the kind of pictures I see: A canon MLP character and a sparkle OC made in the pony creator. The OC and canon pony are “kissing”, the canon pony has pink scribbled on it’s face which is supposed to be it blushing or something, and the Mary Sue is just like “Ya. I es fabyoolus” with a random expression on its face. The background is a scene from the pony creator and a vector of another canon pony has apparently fainted from when the same Mary Sue kissed them :/ Fans actually do this.

6.Sparkle butts
Why do I see so many MLP OCs with colored horns and wings and genie bum cutie marks? I have never seen a pony on the show with those sparkle wings/horns… WHATS SO GREAT ABOUT THEM o3o
