I think the light pink is okay, since the blue in it keeps the light blue from clashing with cozy’s more orange fur. could use more folds though, and maybe some sparkles on the shoes.

I admit that providing alternate sources is normally the job of the uploader, but I thought (since you seemed to forget to) that providing the source and tagging the artist of the bulk of the image would be a good idea.
 
Since you do want an opinion on the pic:
 
I think the vector was solid, really nice work on it. The highlights on the eyes are consistent and the line-work good. As for the additions to the vector, I think they could have really used a resolution bump. The original PNG I found on here was in excess of 4K image quality, and the vector itself is provided at the source to enable basically whatever image size you’d want. I can see obvious aliasing on the curve of the dress edges and the hearts look like they were drawn with a mouse.
 
The dress color could probably use a different color—pink is alright, but it kinda blends in with her own pinkish hue. Her mane, coat, and accessory scream of a spring color palette, and I think a soft emerald green dress with a likewise soft brown trim would have probably served to bring out the brightness of her coat and her hair.
