It’s rare to see a coma depicted… accurately, though. As in eyes aren’t necessarily closed, and jaw will hang limp _{And the blanket should be covering some, eh, things…}. I’m sure it’s not so much a taste for realism as much as the blog appears to have one of those grotesque-face things going on. I really dislike that style, so… But here it’s not so overdone and grotesque so much as simply realistic.
 
A lot of it, perhaps, though, you can chalk up to the fact that any guests will probably close her eyes, and I think the nurses may put the head on the side to aid with breathing, then it’d really look like the more usual depiction where they just look asleep.
 
Hmm. I wonder if Luna can visit those dreams… It’d sure be a nice thing to do.
