This is Twilight Sparkle’s grandma! obviously she younger here, she passed not long after Twilight (sparkle) got into Celestia’s school for gifted unicorns.
 
Twilight was a ball of happiness. She had above average magical abilities and loved to play tag with her children and grandchildren by teleporting away right when they were going to catch her. She had two daughters, Twilight Velvet and (tba). It had become a tradition to name the first born daughter Twilight in her family, as started by herself.
 
She wouldve loved to see her granddaughter grow up to become a princess.
