For those who don’t understand:
 
Their reactions are incencere thoughts on Fluttershy’s relationship with Discord. Celestia and the others are worried if they are too close, Discord will get Fluttershy, incompleting the Elements.
 
They can’t fully enjoy the Fluttercord ship because, despite Discord’s words, think Fluttershy made a big mistake and still can’t fully trust him.
 
tl;dr version: Discord might be lying.

@Uploader, it would save us trouble if you could add more tags to your uploads. (Like a few of the characters maybe)

You think the pony whose brain he directly tied in a square knot giving him a second chance makes sense?

THe way I see it, all of their awkward faces are most likely the result of not giving the poor guy a chance at one point or another. Celestia, probably decided he was much too dangerous after only finding him, or him finding her, and the other mane five were not really willing to give him a chance since he was released in the start of the episode. Fluttershy was the only one who ended up ( although reluctantly ) deciding to give him a chance from the start. I kinda think that makes sense really.
