Really? Battle for Canterlot was way worse for me. Not saying the Enclave was a price of cake, but could be dealt with.  
Maybe you should change your approach in there? Like, doing what Littlepip would do, instead of going the Blackjack way with a shotgun. There’s a room on the bottom where you can stick out your gun and shoot those blasted pterippi while they futilely try to get you through your cover.

Oh man, the Enclave. Trying to do the trials I missed because I skipped most of it. Battle of the Enclave is a nightmare. Wave 1- Sans X3. Wave 2- WC3 Abomination X3, level 10 Death Knight. Wave 3- Sans X2, FF6 Brachiosaur X2, Demi-Fiend (DDS). Wave 4 (as far as I’ve gotten)- Sans X5, Master Quest!Anti-Guy X3. If there’s a 5th wave I’d hate to see it. (It would probably be Demi-Fiend (DDS) X5 or something bullshit like that).

I’ll take her head as a trophy once she dies like the spineless coward she is.

good point, I never really thought about that, I just recently continued playing, completely forgot that the power armor lacks quite a bit in energy resistance, wearing that armor all the time i was used to being unstoppable, but it think its time to change the way i was approaching the game. Like I said i appreciate the tips.

Enclave soldiers are the worst threat in-universe too.  
If you want to go for a direct attack (not advised), try better the moon armor or enclave armor if you have it. Pegasi don’t have physical damaging weapons, and Power Armor is actually harmful against them, because reduces a lot Evasion and barely protects against plasma and laser.

yeah fighting the necormancer with magic was kinda dumb, but at that time all i had, since i leveled nothing else XD
 
but speaking of the enclave, my char isnt as much of a glasscanon as it is a walking nuke, i have max tank + Blacksun II and gallons of magic potions, pretty much nothing can even hurt me, but the damage these lads do seems to completely ignore my tank (the frikin powerarmor!!) which seems a little absurd to me considering everything that came before couldnt even scratch me, even nukemines didnt oneshot me. I still to this day never really used a gun apart from that chargepistol at the start, which i quickly discarded after learning my first magic skills. But i do appreciate the tips you gave me i keep that in mind :)

Your mistake was to fight a necromancer with magic. Wrong!  
You had to use technology against her. Dragon’s Roar and Stormtrooper armor, that’s the way to get her.
 
Against the Enclave, use what your character is: A Glass Cannon. Kill those guys before they can react (Again, Stormtrooper armor is key), railgun/Paladin is the most efficient weapon against pegasus, and MMG against the dogs chasing you.

this boss no joke made me look like an absolute looser. even thought i used a pure magic centered charackter i needed at least 20 tries to beat her (even though luckily the her hp didnt fill back up, at least thats how i remember it). pretty harsh even on easy are those new enclave lads, even with powerarmor and 1500 hp im dead in seconds! the game is great but the difficulty spikes are far too harsh XD

Something curious about her was that she feels like she was fighting like you were the boss, somewhat like fighting Sans. Minus the 4th wall tricks.  
She was running around using the environment against you, placing debuffs in front of your character instead of current position and trying to be as far as you as possible, just like a player would against an AI boss.
