Dr. Time Turner Hooves or “Doctor Whooves” to some was a Pediatric Oncologist (specializing in cancer treament in children). He was one of the few doctors that was not deployed during the First Great War, as he was needed to stay and care for the children of Equestria. He and his wife, Ditzy Doo, where moved to Las Pegasus.

There isnt much else to be said about the good doctor here. I’ll give more info on how he came to meet Ditzy and her daughter Dinky later on.
For now just know he loves her very early and still uses her as a shoulde rto cry on every time he loses a patient.
