Yeah, that doesn’t really sound as interesting. I found out about this fanfic from the really good fanart on here and was kind of interested in it but the more I hear about what’s in it, the less interested I am in reading the actual story.
Oh well, at least the fanart for it is really good.
Basically, in the story Tempest uses diplomatic weaseling to get off scot free and retain command of the Storm King’s forces. She is loyal to Equestria, but it makes her character far less compelling.
That’s disappointing to hear because I do agree with you about Tempest.
She’s not. She’s wearing a crown crafted for her. Also, having a large crown is heavy and she probably didn’t want some huge gaudy thing sitting on top of her head making her look like some kind of gaudy pretender than the pretty princess she has become. Also, metal headwear is heavy, so the less of it you have, the better your mobility, and it reduces the amount of headaches by having less metal in one’s crown.
