Littlepip get’s scared.
Littlepip: Ve-ve-velvet?!?
V: I know your use of profanity can be justified most of the times, but I won’t let you use…. That!… About the princess’s.
LP:What???
V: Don’t give me what littlepip. I can’t believe you would use.. Hmm… That!
LP: Wait! I’m sorry Velvet… I didn’t know it was that bad of a word!
V: Littlepip… Calamity told me that not even raiders dare to use that profanity.
LP: Wait? Raiders have some stander’s? But this is the wasteland!
V: That’s no excuse’s for bad language. She pick’s Littlepip up with her magic.
LP: Hey!? Velvet? What are you doing??
V: I’m taking you to clean your mouth out with 10 bars of soap. Maybe that will help you remember never to say that again.
But before littlepip could respond Velvet magic’ed her mouth shut.
So Velvet being the more or mother of the group, decides she has to teach littlepip about how to use her profanity’s.

There’s an audiobook on YouTube, by CrazedRambling, iirc.
Nah, haven’t read, but I suppose I should, as much as I don’t care for written stories (comics are good though).
You haven’t read Fallout: Equestria? It’s a really good read if you have about half a year of daily reading to spend on it. But regarding her power, SPOILERS by the way, but rather early on in the story when she was far from her maximum potential she developed the battle strategy of dropping fully loaded box cars on her enemies.
What’s she like as an adult ?
Her telekinetic prowess is something we see her build up during the course of the story in a way kinda similar to how someone would build up muscles so she probably wouldn’t be nearly as strong as a filly.
Maybe.
Maybe it’s the serious motherly tone that Velvet is using on her.
What does Pip have to be fearing for from Velvet, anyways ? :P
Edited because: Added more text.
