This shows MLP AUs that have a theme to them or basically a category for them (for example, AUs where ponies like Sunset Shimmer, Trixie, or Moondancer follow the same path as Twilight is a Swap AU)

Magic Book - Object Show AU - Magic Book is very smart and has alot of knowledge in magic and sorcery, though she would rather focus on her knowledge than interact. But all of that changed when she, along with several objects, participate in The Quest of Harmony, a competition where several people travel across the land in search for “The Elements” while completing challenges along the way. She became part of a team called “The Main Six”, alongside Diamond (Rarity), Apple (Applejack), Cotton Candy (Pinkie Pie), Rainbow Fire (Rainbow Dash), and Petal (Fluttershy). As they go on their quest, she slowly learns more about friendship and starts to bond with her fellow teammates, although she has this sudden belief that “The Elements” might be connected to them.
 
Twilight Sparkle - 80’s Vibe AU - The villainous Starlight Glimmer has unleashed her dark magical forces against the land of Equestria to take it over and rule it under her hoof. However, six ponies stand in her way as they fight against her, these ponies being Applejack, the muscle, Fluttershy, who can call the forces of nature to help, Pinkie Pie, who has an arsenal of party cannons, Rarity, who uses magical gem shields, Rainbow Dash, the fastest one on the team, and Twilight Sparkle, a powerful alicorn who possesses magic that is used for good. Together, they will fight against Starlight and save Equestria from her evil reign!
 
Twilight Sparkle - United Timeline AU - After several attempts of tampering with the timeline, Starlight’s plan accidentally causes the main timeline to crumble and fall. As a last minute resort, Twilight uses all of her magic to connect every timeline and alternate universe to make her Equestria feel whole again. However in doing so, she is forced to constantly keep the worlds bound or else it would be fallen apart. Sometimes she wonders if Starlight is still out there in the new Equestria or if Starlight might of perished in void of space and time.
 
Twilight Sparkle - Fusion AU - In an Equestria, where ponies can fuse with one another, two ponies who live separate lifes before but will live together as a fusion. Star Twinkle is well-known for her magical feats, while Cobalt Strike is a fast flyer at heart, one day the two meet and although they were completely different, they managed to become close friends. At one point, Star Twinkle wondered if it were possible to fuse together to become someone else, Cobalt took this risk alongside her as they both fused into Twilight Sparkle. As they moved into Ponyvile, they meet five other ponies who are fusions as well, Rarity, who is formed by Baguette Glim and Amethyst Glow, Applejack, who is formed by Pear Butter and a young Applejack, Pinkie Pie, who is formed by Pinkamena and Cotton Fluff, Rainbow Dash, who is formed by 6 different ponies (all of which are part of her Rainbow color), and Fluttershy, who is formed by Posey and Moth Herder. At first they all knew each other through their fusions, but they learn so much more about themselves when they decide to defuse to see their fused counterparts could interact.
