Starlight Glimmer is protesting the recent changes in the way equestria is governed and oposses the Princess. Even going so far that she began her own movement of Equalists that want an abolishment of the Royalty. Something Celestia would not let go unpunished. The old Celestia might have been nice here but the new celestia had little simpathy to rebels. So she would send her guards to capture and “teach” her a lesson.
