I think i would disagree with his statement. It seems that eternaljonathan#2 though this appears to be a comedic take, I feel like he tried to kill off the possibility of other things that a fusion could potentially bring. On top of that, I feel it is kind of hypocritical for him to grandstand over fetishes and things like incest when he tends to do a lot of his art on fetishes himself, regardless of what his explanation behind it is.

It only just occurred to me that Prince Hunk has shining Armour in him, i just never put two and two together.
I like the fan idea that they are adopted siblings anyway and even if not, it’s not like its the main focus of his character and its only 25 percent of the character as a whole, if anything I think it adds a little more depth to Universe’s and Hunk’s relationship that there may be a different kind of love in there as well, and it adds to the imagination.
If you had such a problem with it you could even say that the brother and sister are pushed to the side when there is any kind of romantic interaction, maybe the Twilight and Flash parts take center stage for example, there are so many ways you could look at it it.
If you are just focusing on the incest you are not very imaginative in my opinion and ‘you’ are wanting to see that rather than all the other elements to the characters. The fact that it only clicked to me just now; when it was pretty much spelled out for me proves that bigonionbean never intended this to be the focus of the characters.
No one seems to have a problem with next gens of brothers and sisters and its a fictional comic about cartoon horses jeez.
Of course I have a problem with incest in real life but it’s the people that can’t distinguish fiction from reality that’s the problem.
I will admit I have looked at foalcon but it doesn’t mean i look at little kiddies in real life does it? and i saw a post a while back of someone saying if you draw underage ponies in those kinds of ‘situations’ that must mean you’re a pedo. Welp I guess all the anime weebs need locking up then in that case my my my.
Sorry for my rant but I am quite passionate about this kinda stuff >.<
