This would be good, but there’s a couple of things that I don’t follow.
 
It’s been 270+ years. Anyone who gave orders to the captain is long dead. So why is he still going along with the order to let the psychopath get her hands on the aliens?
 
If he feared for his life for just removing viewing rights from the alien world, then how is the psychopathic doctor who is killing and cutting them up walking around without trouble?
 
And does the bad guy really have to be such a mindless “HEY EVERYONE!! LOOK AT ME, I’M EVIL! I’M SO EVIL BECAUSE I DO EVIL STUFF! BUT FOR SOME REASON NOBODY CAN DO ANYTHING TO ME!!” person?

Make sure you use “Aye aye” instead of “AYA”.

This is the as far as i’ve translated, terrible grammer though. I’ll work on translating episode 2. I’ll try not to make many mistakes this time.
