Using his powers for pranks is fine, but causing stuff like the whole Grogar fiasco should not fly by like that.

also he is discord afterall…he is suppose to do chaos things even when he is a good character but atleast he did not meant to do all those things for evil reasons

In my personal headcanon, Twilight had him enlisted in the School of Friendship so he could finally learn to not be as much as a jerk to everyone…and maybe make sure he doesn’t pull another stunt like this again. Applejack did mention that he hadn’t picked up too much in the way of friendship lessons, but when you think about it, no one ever really bothered to give him any.
 
Besides, it’s a lot less spiteful and far more lighthearted compared to what most people think of when it comes to Discord’s punishment.
