Honestly I had never liked so much Zephy’r body shape. I find him too square compared to other ponies.  
And yes, Quibble Pants’ face to me it’s a bit creepy.

He’s still male, it just changes his appearance physically to look more female. Admittedly it’s largely because I didn’t want to draw him from the front. He and Quibble Pants I find to be REALLY ugly from the front, so I normally just avoid drawing them from that angle but for this image it was unavoidable :P  

The face is distinctly a mare’s face. Normal Zypher has a more pronounced, much sharper and more angular snout.  
Thag being said… freakin LOVE this crossplay!

Some are, but the majority of them aren’t. Nevertheless they’re typically considered as such since they can’t seem to help being a nuisance and bumping adventurers off of ledges XD
 
As for the rest, really none of them are exactly “evil” for the sake of it. The goo ponies are mercenaries who are willing to do basically anything good or bad for a paycheck, Bad Touch is mostly just nuts, the slimia’s just a wannabe villain with serious mommy and daddy issues, and Mean Twilight’s satyr daughter basically just has it out for the Tree of Harmony and everything it stands for because:
