The last panel,put in the context of the actual, completely prostituted sporting world where even the matches between 4 year olds are an exercise on desperate craving to win, is utter bullshit. I wish Dashie was wrong and the rest were right. It’s what would happen in an ideal world. But no: winners rule, losers drool.
 
And that’s an absolutely devastating notion.
 
Also, note Shimmer’s understanding expression: She has gotten nothing. I don’t know if Pencils has done it on purpose.

I’ll probably say it a lot, but I really like how the characters were drawn. They looked a bit weird in the first pages, but Pencils quickly got used to the style and that shows how talented he is!
