@Goddess Erosia
Not sure about in Blender, there might be a way in there (it’s objectively more advanced than SFM is or ever was) but as far as SFM goes, you would have to rely on either editing it in post for a poster or just leaving it the way it is for a video (or if you really want to put yourself through pain, editing every single frame lmao)
So I’m guessing, even in Blender there’s no practical way to get around this when we’re talking about an actual animation (as opposed to still images)? Aside from editing every single frame.
Spoke with him, basically he says that it isn’t really possible in SFM, being an ancient software that’s basically abandonware at this point. Most people that do SFM artworks do some sort of editing in post anyway, so for most people that’s not a dealbreaker (i.e. what I did in this artwork:)
@Dogman15
That would require a separate base just for any pony who has eye shadow, which would make it a bit of a hassle. I’m not actually even sure how the logistics of something like that would work. I’ll query him about it though.
@ImAFutureGuitarHero
I’m not accusing you of doing anything wrong, I’m just expressing a desire for the model creator to make it so that Rarity’s eyelids are a little more realistic.
@Dogman15
The point of this picture was to show the models as they are. If I were to doctor anything in post it would defeat the purpose of something like this. There’s no way to make that part look right without editing it in post because of the fact that the eyebrow is a separate mesh from the head altogether.
Self contained is good. These eyebrow attachments also look new. It’s a little messed up on Rarity because of her eye shadow but this is still a great addition to expressions.
@Background Pony #35B9
The previous versions of pony models would require at least the base V4 pack by Poninnahka to be installed (it contains the common textures used by all pony models, such as teeth, tongue eyebrow and eyelash textures). These V6 models have everything self-contained (no common folder), so you only need the V6 pack to use the V6 models. Same goes for if you download a V6 OC model by itself, if it’s ported correctly, you shouldn’t need to download the entire pack just for that OC.
epic art as alway 👌 love jojo alot.
Join… the herd.

Yeah, I’d call the thing with Rarity’s eyeshadow here a glitch or bug. Certainly unintended.
