I had this whole story written and then my computer RESTARTED ON ME
 
im so upset guys I had so many paragraphs. so this isnt going to be as detailed because im tired lmao
 
 
Chrysalis is able to trick everypony that she is Cadence, long enough for the wedding to go on as planned and to produce an heir disguised as a foal. Twilight discovers that her nephew was infact a changeling grub. The real Cadance was found and all the changelings were banished from the kingdom. Chrysalis explains to her Right Hoof Thorax that she enjoyed the feeling of being genuinley loves, and was sad that it was tainted with the fact she was lying about who she was. With a grub-sitter named Ocellus put in charge to look after Chrysalis’s grub Love Poison, the two set out. Thorax went to the Crystal Empire in hopes to inform them that the Queen was ready to apologize for what she had done. Chrysalis was headed to Canterlot to explain to the Princesses that she had a change of heart, and wanted their help. Being disguised as her unicorn form Abrosia, she was attacked by timber wolves. Zecora finds her and keeps her at her hut to tend to the ponys wounds, unaware of who she really was. With both Zecora and Opal taking care of her, the Queen started to feel loved again, as well as that familiar guilt. Once she had healed up, she revealed who she truly was. Zecora helped Chrysalis with her journey to the princesses and her Reformation, along with Starlight there to help as well. Thorax, having gained the trust and love of the Crystal Empire Leaders, joined their herd as the fifth partner.  
The Royal marriage of Chrysalis and Zecora is what caused all of the changelings to reform. The binding kiss to be exact.
