This better not be another hoax.

Season 10 is real, from what I’ve read in the comments so far there’s rumored to be six of these and where I live some of my favorite sitcoms (Red Dwarf, The IT Crowd for example) are usually six episodes per show. And 9now are calling them season 10. So Season 10 will be a season of clip shows. That’s how i’m looking at it. Anyway I’m still working thru the backlog of MLP (i’m currently at the end of season 6) and I have barely touched season 8 or 9. But yes technically speaking this is the mythical, legendary tenth season. Either that or Season 9 part 2 : Electric Boogaloo. Also clip shows? Clip shows are kinda pointless so I’m hoping there’s some good exclusive content in here so when I finally reach here I’m not watching crap I’ve already seen again just for Starlight to interject a “Haha, i remember that that was cringe when I was big communist, haha spike”. But that’s probably what it’ll be. But still, at least it’s condensed into it’s own season and they have 9 seasons of content to choose from so it should be really varied and wide and It’s not like we were expecting anything more from FiM so it’s a nice little farewell treat. Unlike those Danger Mouse reboot clip shows… Yikes. Anyway I’ve got like 3 seasons before I get here (which I’m savoring, which is dangerous since spoilers but I just try to forget them), So. Yeah. Rant over.

No it’s not 9now is just showing the episode. And it was confirmed several times that 9 was the final season these episodes are just bonuses
