In Minnesota it doesn’t matter. If the police see you carrying an airsoft gun like that in public they will assume its a real one and act accordingly, and in Minneapolis you have to treat airsoft guns just like real ones (keep them in a gun case and don’t brandish them in public), and it’s illegal to put a laser on one.
