Love twilight as Rawls though and the CMC=Greater welfare dynamic.
Celestia works well with Kant’s value of reason and intellect.
Luna as J. S. Mill best summarized by his quote: “In this age, the man who dares to think for himself and to act independently does a service to his race”
For Pinkie I think Walzer is too well thought-out and critical. I would go for Friedrich Nietzsche; a contradictory, but weirdly unhinged and joyful nihilist. “And we should consider every day lost on which we have not danced at least once. And we should call every truth false which was not accompanied by at least one laugh.”
Unfortunately I haven’t read anything from Nozick or Dworkin, so i am unsure.
Overall, I’m glad someone took a look at the philosophical backing behind these characters because they are pretty interesting. Keep up the great work, this really made me happy.
Dash doesn’t like to be alone though and he is fond of it. I’ll get back to you on this one…
“That is what friendship means. Sharing the prejudice of experience.”
