I remember an Adam-12 episode–which means the story is true modulo a few name and detail changes–where a Kyle who was crazy about fishing had persuaded his neighbor to go halfsies with him on a fishing boat, and his conduct afterwards left the neighbor feeling taken-advantage-of. Neither of them was willing to back down, and it led to a tragic outcome, with the Kyle meeting his Maker, the guy next door off to the Gray-Bar Hotel for murdering him, and their wives grieving and facing uncertain futures.

Sadly, many “Karens” aren’t that sympathetic. Some are actually just spoiled, little girls used to getting their way whom never grew up. Same goes for the “Kens.” I’ve seen entitled adults more childish then my neices & nephews.

I’d be a total bitch too, if feeding my cats and getting drunk was all I had to look forward to in life. this feels like a karen who goes to the store because she finds a coupon. and then finds out it’s expired, just when she thought she was finally going to be able to buy something, and feel like a normal person who isn’t living on the edge of poverty.

this is a lot less funny when you imagine what her life must be like, if her biggest purcase is a bag of cat food, and besides that just some processed food, smokes, and cheap boxed wine. what is she going home to? an overweight, homely, total bitch, I can’t imagine she has much of a relationship, or anyone who loves her. and why is she being such a bitch about an expired coupon, when she could just avoid the hassle and pay the full price on all that cheap food?
