Mikey and Keno, being the only one’s to see their potential, have been secretly training the CMC how to be ninjas with Bright Eyes behinde the others backs. But when thanks to Pinkie Pie, they all find out and Applejack and Rarity forbit the CMC from training.

The Turtles then scold Mikey and Keno for training them. The two retort by saying that their were fine with training Bright Eyes and Lance and while they don’t denie it, they point out that they promised Applejack and Rarity that they wouldn’t train the girls. Then Twilight takes the girls weapons and they all send them home.
“Hey, if it makes you feel better, I think you girls got the right stuff.
“Don’t encourage them!”
- Rainbow Dash, Applejack, and Rarity.
Mikey is not happy and decides they need to see the CMC in action. Because what no one knows is that Mikey and Keno had been secretly training the CMC every time they came to Canterlot and they are now up to their level. At night, Applejack has Big Mac and Granny Smith babysit the CMC so they don’t get any ideas then she goes off to meet with the others for patrol. But both Granny and Big Mac quite agree with Mikey and Keno, knowing too well how overprotective Applejack is, and let the CMC follow her. The Turtles and Rainbooms learn from a visting Napoleon Bonafrog that Fishface is in Canterlot and split up into groups to find him. Applejack and Rarity make Mikey and Keno come with them and Rainbow Dash to make sure they don’t try to train the CMC. While looking for Fishface, Mikey and Keno tell Applejack and Rarity to stop being overprotective and start being more supportive. They find Fishface robing a jewelry store and chase him into an ally. But he swiftly defeats them all and is about to finish them when the CMC, along with Bright Eyes, jump him and fight him. Working together, they manage to defeat him. After that Applejack and Rarity admit they were wrong and that maybe they can train with them. But in the moment, Fishface escapes and they allow the CMC to help them chase after him.

Fishface: (after swiftly defeating Mikey, Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash) Your training has dwindled, tortuga and chicas! And for that, you will be terminated!
Scootaloo: (off screen) Not if we have anything to say about it!
(Fishface turns in time to get kicked into a wall by the CMC)
Applejack, Rarity, and Rainbow Dash: Girls?!
Mikey: Right on time.
Fishface: Children?
Apple Bloom: That’s right!
Sweetie Belle: And we’re here.
Scootaloo: To take you down!
Fishface: (laughs) You must be joking. You are no match for me, ninos!
Sweetie Belle: Wanna bet, you walking sardine!
Fishface: Very well, I suppose I shall have teach you three a lesson!
(Fishface attacks the CMC’s, who counter his attacks with their teamwork)
(Scootaloo does a tuant guester and Fishface charges at them, Apple Bloom throws down a smoke bomb, while Fishface is distorted the CMC strike him. But when Sweetie Belle tries to attack, Fishface spin-kicks her then grabs Apple Bloom with his legs and throws her into Sweetie Belle, then Scootaloo uses her butterfly knives to clash with his balisword.)
Fishface: Very nice butterfly knives. I use to have some just like them.
Scootaloo: Really? (Fishface knocks her with an upper kick then knocks her into the other two)
(Bright Eyes jumps and tries to hit Fishface but he dodges every strike then kicks her into the others)
Fishface: (chucks and bends down to look at them up close) As I expected. You four never had a chance! And your skills are pathetic! (The four girls suddenly upper kicks him off his feet)
Bright Eyes: Or maybe we were baiting you into letting your guard down!
Fishface: You dirty little brats!
Scootaloo: Round 2, Fishface!
(Fishface attacks and the girls split up. He fights Apple Bloom, but this time, she dodges, blocks, and deflects his sword strikes and leg kicks. She then slips away and Sweetie Belle takes over with the same result. Scootaloo then leads Fishface up a fire escape and he grabbes with his sword against her knives until she kicks him in the jaw then she grabs his head with her legs and throws him off onto the ground. Fishface gets serious and does a hand stand, spining his legs around, kicking them all away. But they get back up)
Fish face: What makes you think you can do better than your babysitters?
Scootaloo: Oh no you didn’t! (Headbutts Fishface in the stomach)
(Fishface tries to slash at Scootaloo only to be blocked by Applebloom)
Keno: Watch your blind spot Applebloom!
(Bright Eyes then uses her nunchucks to stop fishface from kicking applebloom on the side. Then Sweetie Belle uses her ninja nails to damage Fishfaces’ legs.)
Fishface: You sneaky little…..
(CMCs and Bright Eyes surround Fishface)
Bright Eyes: Ready?
CMCs and Bright Eyes: BOOYAKASHA!
(CMCs and Bright Eyes do a four way kick on Fishface knocking him out)
Fishface: This can not be?! Defeated by mere children?!
Apple Bloom: We’re not just any kids. We’re the CMC!
CMC: The Canterlot Movie Club!
Mikey: (imitating Master Splinter) Well done, my young pupils.
Keno: You all did a good job. Keep up the training and you’ll become great ninjas!
(CMCs are happy for a job well done but see their sisters and look down.)
Sweetie Belle: Listen we know you were against us being trained as ninjas, but…..
Applebloom: Applejack, if you could listen before you lecture us…..
(But then applejack gives applebloom a pat on the head)
Applejack: We know we didn’t want you three having ninja training.
Rarity: And we might have been overprotective of you, being your sisters in all.
Rainbow Dash: Well, I was okay with it. ( Applejack and Rarity glare at her) What? Not my fault you made me Pinkie promise!
Applejack: The point is, we were wrong about you girls. You really do have what it takes.
Rarity: And maybe we can make an exception and maybe let you train with us.
Applejack: As long as you don’t get in over you’re heads, next time.
(CMCs smile while Bright Eyes notices Fishface escaping)
Bright Eyes: Uh guys! Fishface is getting away!
Fishface: When next we meet, I’ll make you suffer big time! (Starts to run)
Keno: After him! (Everyone starts to chases after Fishface)
Applejack: (to CMCs) Care to help, sugercubes?
CMCs: BOOYAKASHA!
(Fishface is later stopped and defeated by Bonafrog)
Fishface: Bested by children and a frog, in one night!
(He escapes but they all get the jewels back)
(Later)
Casey: How did you girls beat Fishface anyway?
Apple Bloom: (motions to Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, and Mikey) Well, we watched how they tried to fight Fishface and did the opposite.
Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo: Yeah.
