That’s the West Coast. The Northeast tends to be conservative when it comes to being wealthy. I’ve net people up here that would fit in very well in the 1920’s and 1930’s and even the 40’s

Because France = fashion and fancy things.
The transatlantic accent isn’t really a thing anymore.
