She looks around the corner, and she spots something that makes her gasp loudly despite the situation.
First that disc headed thing, and then… This. It was too much for her one right after the other.
This one was also vaguely pony shaped. If it had legs though, Mulberry could not be sure. It’s whole lower body was a mound of flesh browned by heat. It’s torso looked to be wearing a cape of some kind, but the mare soon realized it was actually skin that had been violently torn through. It had several arms, all of which ended in a different kind of appendage resembling tools. One pair were a clamp, another a hand-like limb holding a bucket, and still others were various sized and shaped hammers. It’s head looks like it was blown away from inside. The flesh has been ripped away and a lot of the skull is visible. Inside the skull Mulberry can see many, many eyes.
She steps backwards in horror, knocking against a canister holding some large nails, spilling them all over the floor loudly.
Mulberry tenses and… Nothing happens. The monster doesn’t respond. It doesn’t even look like it’s noticed. It just keeps pounding away at the lump of metal in front of it. The mare tries to get a look at what it’s making as she slowly backs out of the room. It’s unidentifiable to her whether it’s a rune or not at this point.
She gulps and hazards a look back at it’s head, and notices that all the eyes. Every single one, is pointed down at it’s work.
