“What it should have been” is nothing more than a inferior game on an inferior engine. Some people just wanted the pony characters, and I kinda get that. But TFH is miles ahead anything they could have done with Fighter Maker 2K, and I would say that the freedom from being based on an already existing IP has given the team the opportunity to make the game even better, to conjure up it’s own story.
