Hello my fellow ponies. Long time. I present to you a pic that should have been finished months ago. Oops. Oh well, better late than never, right? Any who, this took around 17.5 hours to make, so not the most time consuming thing i’v made.

This image was first created through a Derpibooru event, that was to celebrate the final episode of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. It was first posted as a black and white version, that way I at least had something posted for the event (I got a neat badge for it), followed by this being on the back burner for a while, until now! Any way, I came up with this idea, of Twilight throughout the series in a way. From Filly, to pre-alicorn Twilight, to the now ruler and princess of friendship. Our adorable book horse has come a long way through the 9 seasons we’ve been with her. I’m proud of her for the accomplishments that she has made in the show.

In the background, I wanted to include some nice landmarks, and subtle things. The left and right windows representing her homes in Ponyville, from humble beginnings, to major growth as she takes on bigger roles in her life. The center window, representing the light and guidance of Luna and Celestia on her journey.

What a ride, and I’m glad I got to be a part of this fandom (Still am), and this show. It’s defiantly been a positive part of my life, despite my short comings.

So yeah, there you have it. Another art down, and more to come! (Hopefully soon)

@ThatUsualGuy06 In the description, I mentioned how I first drew this as a black and white version (Line art and simple grey fill), that way I could still be a part of the celebration. I only had enough time to get so far into my drawing. Then later down the road, finished this with color, shade, and what not. Being as this is the same pic posted during the celebration (just completed the way I wanted during said event), I gave it the tag. Click here to view the original posting.
