Possibly. I’ve never read the story myself, so I don’t know what scene, if any, this is supposed to be.
From the artist’s descriptions for this and a couple other things, I think this is supposed be the aftermath of a scene where Nightmare Moon/Nyx/whichever has fought a large horde of monsters including giant star-wolves. If that sounds like a specific scene from the story, then you might want to adjust the tags to refer to Nyx if this is indeed her. I wouldn’t know.
 
I can tell you it is a VERY sad Scene in the Fanfic
