Bio:  
Prism Storm is the youngest son of renowned Wonderbolts, Soarin and Rainbow Dash. His older, more mellow brother is Jetstream, who didn’t turn out to be the flier his parents quite hoped he’d be. However, Prism fills that gap completely. Of course, it is his absolute dream to join the Wonderbolts like his parents before him. While his brother is more talented in aerial displays, Prism inherited his mother’s speed and his father’s endurance. He is certainly competitive and has quite a bit of cockiness to him. He maintains a cool-guy persona that, in all honesty, nopony falls for. Prism Storm is actually a huge dork who has a deep fondness for comic books and writing poetry (don’t tell anypony or else!). But he feels most free when flying.
 
 
However, he has a “slight” temper. His focus must remain on the dream before him, and he spends a good majority of his time in practice to achieve said dream. He is not fond of hugs or kisses in any way shape or form (that is, before he met Tom…) and things any display of gooey, sappy, overtly saccharine feelings are “gag-worthy.” His friends try to get him to loosen up a little bit, but he has the stubbornness of the Element of Loyalty. The only ponies that can manage to get past that “tough dude persona” are his parents, Jetstream, and Tourmaline Quartz. Prism Storm keeps those emotions locked down, ever-afraid of failing in front of his family and disappointing them all.
 
 
Relationships:  
Prism Storm is a total, 100% mama’s boy. She cannot fathom to him how utterly proud she is of his efforts and is quite sure he’s going to turn out to be an amazing Wonderbolt someday. She just sort of wishes her son would calm down a bit and enjoy some of life’s other pleasures. He and Soarin get along well, though his relentless energy can sometimes tire his father.
 
 
He and Jetstream have a typical brotherly relationship. Their fights can get fairly intense, but they’ve never thrown blows. They eventually make up at the end of the day, and will often challenge one another (or even their parents) to a race around Cloudsdale.
 
 
Prism also has pretty much the most “obvious-while-trying-to-hide-it” crush on Tourmaline Quartz, one of Jetstream’s best friends. Since the musician has drug the silver unicorn around basically his entire life, Prism, of course, has known him for a long time and developed this particular crush around the eighth grade or so. He can listen to Tom practice the drums for hours, or prattle on and on about that gemstone or that crystal. He’s so smart! Tom is the only and only pony outside of his family that is allowed to hug green-eyed pegasus and whisper sweet, sappy nothings into his ear.
