Not much, he’s kinda just there… I suppose he gives Twilight somebody else to talk to besides Spike, but other then that, and being her token pet in the pet episode, not much else.
Yup, but let’s be honest: How much could Owilicious contribute to the following episodes?
Bad joke, because he’s made quite a few cameos after the first season, (notably when Tirek destroys the library, Twilight saves him) and frankly, judging by all the Derpy, Dr. Hooves, Berry Punch, Dinky, Button, Bulk Biceps, ect. ect. cameos the show’s been known for I’d say the show staff love background characters as much as the bronies do.
